Rooms and Rates:
 

• The rooms you reserve under a guaranteed room block will be available for your guests up until the check-in date of the wedding. They are YOUR rooms from the time of contract signing until check-in day.
   

• Must reserve a minimum of 10 rooms for guests to receive 10% discount off standard price. If number of rooms reserved are 9 or fewer, the standard rate applies.
   

• There is no maximum number of rooms a couple is limited to reserving with a Guaranteed Room Block, however, rooms are subject to availability at time of contract signing. If an already reserved room (by a non-group guest) becomes available, the Couple will have the option to add the room to their Room Block, and will be charged 20% deposit for adding the additional room (see ‘Deposit and Cancellation Policy” for more information)
   

• Minimum of two (2) night stay for guests in room blocks

​Deposit and Cancellation Policy
 

• For Contracted Couple
   

  • A 20% deposit will be required at time of signing to guarantee room block. The 20% deposit is assessed on total number of reserved rooms at your discounted group rate, times minimum night stay, plus taxes and fees.
     

  • At the end of the stay, Couple becomes financially responsible for one (1) night of each room left unreserved, at peak rate of reserved stay, plus tax.
     

  • The deposit will be applied to any unreserved rooms at the end of the reservation. If there is a difference, the couple will either a) be refunded the surplus of the deposit within 24 hours after the day of check-out to the same payment method to which their deposit was made or b) be charged the difference, on day of arrival, to pay for the remaining balance on unreserved rooms (one night per room) to the credit card provided on the contract.
     

  • In the event of room block cancellation, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable and is forfeited to The Norway Inn. Couple may cancel their room block UP TO 45 days prior to the arrival date to avoid becoming financially responsible for unreserved rooms. On the 45th day prior to expected arrival date (and anytime afterwards), the Couple becomes responsible for one (1) night of each room left unreserved, at peak rate of reserved stay, plus tax, regardless if they cancel their room block or not. Security deposit will be applied towards any unreserved rooms, and Couple will be charged the difference with the credit card on file.
     

  • In the event of room block cancellation by couple, The Norway Inn will contact individual guests to offer their reservation at the standard rate, or cancel without penalty to the guest. If guest cancels, the room will be treated as an unreserved room and Couple becomes responsible.
     

• For Reserving Guests
   

  • Individual room cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty of one (1) night room and tax, at peak rate of reserved stay.
     

  • If guests cancel more than 48 hours prior to check-in, the room is added back to available rooms in the room block, with no penalty to the guest. Penalty to the couple still applies.
     

  • Guests must reserve the minimum night stay in order to receive the room block discount, and discount is only applied to the dates in the room block contract.
     

  • Per our reservation policy, guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room, have a valid government issued ID, have a major credit card on file for the reservation, and will be charged a $100 incidental deposit at the time of check in, to be refunded after check out and a clean inspection of the reserved room. All other motel rules and policies apply.
